EPL : Spurs tewas mengejut di tngn Brighton

Things go from bad to worse for Mauricio Pochettino's men as teenage striker Aaron Connolly steals the show with brace while Tottenham lose goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to arm injury

  • Brighton host Tottenham on Saturday in the Premier League's early kick-off
  • Tottenham are looking for a response after their 7-2 defeat to Bayern Munich
  • The hosts are looking for only their second win of the season after a tough run
3-0 win is their biggest ever win over Tottenham and aslo their biggest Epl win v a Big Six team 👏

JERMAINE JENAS TO BT SPORT: 'It stinks of that type of moment (change manager).
'I feel like the club have let Mauricio down and the players as well. Something has to change. I hope it is the players’ mentality rather than a manager change.'
FT: Brighton 3-0 Tottenham
Tottenham's week has gone from bad to worse (and not many thought that was possible after the 7-2 capitulation against Bayern Munich in the Champions League)
Mauricio Pochettino's side were outplayed for large spells on Saturday lunchtime as teenage striker Aaron Connolly netted a brace and strike partner Neal Maupay also bagged in a 3-0 win.
The big concern for Tottenham will not be the result, rather the health and fitness of goalkeeper Hugo Lloris after he was forced off early in the first half with an horrific arm injury as he was given oxygen as he was stretchered off the pitch.
